Friends in recycled paper: Twigs Paper greeting cards

We have been printing on recycled paper since 1990, so we pay attention when another company makes the same choice. Twigs Paper is one of those companies, and we want to introduce it to our readers.

Who they are

Twigs Paper was founded in 2017 and makes eco-friendly greeting cards sold in sets of 12, each card with its own envelope. The cards are designed for people who want to send a handwritten note without the waste that usually comes with it.

How the cards are made

Every Twigs card is printed on 100% recycled paper with non-toxic inks. Orders ship in plastic-free packaging, and each card mails with a single Forever stamp. Their listings carry Amazon's Climate Pledge Friendly badge.

Those are the same standards we hold ourselves to. Recycled paper keeps fiber in use and out of landfills, and cutting plastic from packaging removes waste that most customers throw away the day it arrives.

The designs

Twigs offers watercolor designs featuring dogs, cats, birds, national parks, florals and American flags, along with a line of scripture cards. There are sets for birthdays, thank you notes, sympathy, weddings, Christmas and other occasions. Because the cards are blank inside, one set can cover a whole season of notes.

Where to find them

Twigs Paper cards are sold on Amazon, with Prime shipping on most sets. You can see every design and order a set at twigspaper.com.
