Recycled, kraft and cotton envelopes

Our envelopes come in white, natural and kraft, with 30% to 100% post-consumer recycled content depending on the stock. Kraft envelopes give a natural brown look that suits packaging, invitations and rustic designs. For wedding suites we can match cotton and textured stocks to the invitation.

Business envelopes and stationery sets

Order envelopes with matching letterhead and second sheets so the shade and printing match across the set. We print return addresses, logos and full-color designs, and we can print envelopes for mailings alongside postcards and brochures.

Envelopes for invitations and cards

A7 and A2 envelopes pair with wedding invitations, greeting cards and seed paper cards. We can print your return address on the back flap, and print each guest name and address on the front from your Excel guest list.

How ordering works

Send the size, quantity, paper preference and your artwork. We will confirm the envelope and give you a price. Most orders are ready in one to two weeks from artwork approval. Our guide to recycled envelopes covers papers and mailing in more detail.

Common questions about printed envelopes

What size envelope fits a 5 x 7 card?

An A7 envelope, 5 1/4 x 7 1/4 in, fits a 5 x 7 card or invitation.

What size is a standard business envelope?

A #10 envelope, 4 1/8 x 9 1/2 in, holds a letter-size sheet folded in thirds.

Do you print kraft envelopes?

Yes. We print logos and return addresses on recycled kraft envelopes in most standard sizes.

Are window envelopes recyclable?

Most curbside paper recycling programs accept window envelopes, because the window film is screened out during processing. Check your local program if you are unsure.

Can you match envelopes to my letterhead?

Yes. We specify letterhead, second sheets and envelopes as a set so the paper shade and printing match.
