How this works if you are used to a print counter
How the work is quoted
Everything starts with a conversation about the job, and the finished work is delivered to you. If you need twenty copies in the next hour, a walk-in copy shop is genuinely the right answer and we will say so.
Talking to the printer
Every job starts with a conversation about the piece, the paper and the schedule, including which sheets hold your brand color. Calls go to Greg Barber directly.
Timing
Most jobs run one to two weeks from artwork approval. Trade show and event work is typically about two weeks, with room for genuine last-minute additions. Tell us the date the piece has to be in the room and we will work backwards from it.
Delivery
Work ships from our facilities in NY, NJ, FL, CO and the UK, whichever gets it to you fastest and cheapest, packed to arrive intact. For Northeast Florida that is usually the Florida side.

Questions we get from Florida clients
Are you a walk-in print shop in Jacksonville?
No. Eco Friendly Printer is based in Ponte Vedra Beach and does not run a retail counter. Jobs are quoted by phone or email and delivered to you anywhere in the Jacksonville area. If the paper matters to the job, Greg will talk you through which stock suits it.
How fast can you turn a job around for a Jacksonville event?
One to two weeks is typical from artwork approval, and event work is usually about two weeks. If your date is tighter than that, call to talk through the schedule.
Is recycled paper more expensive?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. It depends on the stock, the run length and the finish. Part of what we do is engineer the spec so the recycled option lands close to what a virgin sheet would have cost. Ask for a quote and you will see the real number rather than a guess.
What does FSC certified actually mean?
It means the fiber is traceable through a chain of custody administered by the Forest Stewardship Council, so the paper is not coming from a forest that was cleared for it. On our stocks it sits alongside 100% post-consumer content, which is the part that keeps existing paper out of landfill.
