Eco Friendly Raffle Tickets and Event Tickets on Recycled Paper
Custom raffle tickets with numbered, perforated stubs, plus event, gala and drink tickets, printed on recycled card stock.

Details
Eco Friendly Printer prints raffle tickets, event tickets and drink tickets on recycled card stock for nonprofits, schools, churches, clubs and event organizers. Our raffle ticket printing includes sequential numbering on the ticket and the stub, a clean perforation between the two parts and your own design on the front. We also offer event ticket printing for galas, fundraisers, dinners, performances and conferences, along with drink and meal tickets for use during the event.
Ticket types
- Raffle tickets with stubs: the buyer keeps the ticket and the stub goes into the drawing. Both parts carry the same number, and the stub has lines for a name and phone number.
- Event and gala tickets: admission tickets for fundraisers, dinners, performances and conferences, with an optional tear-off stub for entry.
- Drink and meal tickets: small tickets that guests hand in at the bar or buffet, often printed in a different color for each item.
- Door prize and 50/50 tickets: simple numbered tickets for drawings held during the event.
Raffle ticket size and other common sizes
The most common raffle ticket size is about 2 x 5.5 in. This leaves room for the event details on the ticket and a stub of about 1.5 to 2 in for the buyer's contact information. Event and gala tickets are often 2 x 5.5 in, or a little larger, such as 2.75 x 5.5 in, when the ticket needs space for sponsor logos. Drink tickets are usually smaller, such as 1.5 x 2 in or 2 x 3.5 in, which is the size of a business card. We also print custom sizes.
Numbering, perforation and security
Each ticket and its stub are printed with matching sequential numbers, starting from any number you choose. A perforation between the ticket and the stub lets buyers tear them apart cleanly. Tickets can be supplied loose in numerical order or bound into books with a set number of tickets in each, so tell us which you need when you request a quote. To make tickets harder to copy, you can print on a colored stock, add a foil logo or use a different ticket color for each price level.
Raffle rules vary by state, and some states require specific details on each ticket, such as the organization's name, the drawing date or a license number. Check the rules where your raffle will be held before you finalize the artwork.
Paper and finishes
Tickets are printed on cover stock that is heavy enough to handle and keep in a wallet. Uncoated stock is the best choice for raffle stubs, because buyers can write their name and phone number with any pen. Recycled kraft and natural stocks give tickets a distinctive look for farm dinners, outdoor events and fundraisers with a sustainability theme. Our paper weight guide explains cover weights and thickness.
How the eco choices apply to tickets
Tickets are used for a short time, so it makes sense to print them on paper that can go in the recycling bin afterward. Most of our stocks are 100% post-consumer recycled and FSC certified, and we print with soy and vegetable based inks and chlorine-free processing. Ordering a realistic quantity for your expected sales keeps leftover ticket books to a minimum. Keeping the design general, with only the date and prize details changing, also lets you reuse the same artwork for next year's raffle.
File setup tips
- Leave a clear area on the ticket and the stub for the numbers, and tell us where you want them placed.
- Keep important text at least 0.125 in away from the perforation and the trim.
- Add 0.125 in bleed if your design runs to the edge.
- List the prizes, drawing date, ticket price and any required legal wording on the ticket.
Our guide to print-ready files covers bleed and safe areas in more detail.
How ordering works
Send your artwork, the ticket size, the quantity, the starting number and if you want tickets loose or in books. You can start your order online. We will confirm the stock and give you a price before anything is printed. Most orders are ready in one to two weeks from artwork approval, so leave time before ticket sales begin.
