Wine Glass Place Card Coasters with Name, Table and Meal Choice
Round coaster place cards with a die-cut center that slips onto a wine glass, with the couple's photo on the front and each guest's name, table number and meal choice on the back.

Details
Eco Friendly Printer prints wine glass place card coasters for weddings, rehearsal dinners and seated events. Each one is a round coaster with a die-cut opening in the center, so it slips onto the stem of a wine glass at the guest's seat. The front carries a photo of the couple or a monogram, and the back is printed with the guest's name, table number and meal choice.
How they work at the reception
One card does the job of an escort card, a place card and a meal card. Guests find their name on the glass, the table number tells them where to sit, and the servers can read the meal choice, such as filet, fish or vegan, without asking. After dinner the card works as a coaster, and many guests take it home as a keepsake with the couple's photo.
What is printed on each side
- Front: a photo of the couple, a monogram, or the names and wedding date
- Back: the guest's name, their table number and their meal choice
- Optional: a small icon for each meal, so servers can spot it at a glance
Working from your guest list
Each card is printed with different information, so we work from your guest list. Send a spreadsheet with one row per guest and columns for the name, table number and meal choice, and spell names exactly as they should appear. Send the final list once your RSVPs and seating chart are settled, usually about two weeks before the wedding.
Material
The cards are printed on thick, absorbent coaster board, the same kind of board we use for photo coasters, so they hold up under a cold glass. The board is uncoated, so photos print with a soft, matte look. Tell us the type of glasses the venue is using, and we will size the opening to fit the stem.
How ordering works
Send the photo or design for the front, your guest list and your wedding date. You can start your order online. You will talk with Greg directly. He will help set up the design, size the opening for your glasses, and send a proof of the front and a sample of the back before the full set is printed. For the rest of the table, see place cards, table cards, custom napkins and wedding invitations.
Common questions about wine glass place cards
How does the card stay on the glass?
The card has a die-cut opening in the center that fits around the stem, so it rests on the base of the glass.
Can each card show a different meal choice?
Yes. Each card is printed from your guest list with that guest's name, table number and meal, such as filet, fish or vegan.
When do you need the final guest list?
About two weeks before the wedding is typical. Send it after your RSVPs and seating chart are final, so names and tables do not change after printing.
Can guests use them as coasters afterward?
Yes. They are printed on absorbent coaster board, so they work as coasters and make a keepsake with the couple's photo.
