Eco Friendly Printer prints table cards for weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, galas, restaurants and club events. A table card can show a table number, a photo, a welcome or thank you message, a menu note or a sponsor name, and it stands on the table in a holder or a small wood block stand.

Shapes and sizes

Round cards in a low wood stand, like the ones in the photos, are popular for weddings and parties. Rectangular cards of 4 x 6 in and 5 x 7 in fit most table number holders and frames. We can also cut ovals, arches and custom shapes. Cards can be printed on one side, or on both sides so the number can be read from every seat.

Paper and stands

Table cards are printed on thick card or board so they stand straight and do not curl, and photos are printed in full color. Wood block stands like the ones shown can be included, so ask when you request a quote. You can also use your own holders, and we will size the cards to fit them.

How the eco choices apply to table cards

Photo table cards are often kept by the couple or the family after the event. For cards that will not be kept, a recycled card stock keeps the impact low, and a design without the date means extras can be used at the next event. Wood stands can be used again for many events.

Send your photos, names, numbers or wording, the number of tables and your event date. You can start your order online. You will talk with Greg directly. He will help choose the shape, size and paper, check that your photos will print well, and send a proof before anything is printed. What size should wedding table numbers be?

4 x 6 inches and 5 x 7 inches are the most common sizes, and both fit standard table number holders. Round cards in a wood stand are a popular alternative.

Can you print photos on table numbers?

Yes. Many couples use a different photo for each table, such as photos from each year they have been together. Send the photos with the table number for each one.

Do you supply stands?

Wood block stands like the ones shown can be included. Ask when you request a quote, or tell us the size of your own holders.

Should table numbers be printed on both sides?

For round tables in the middle of a room, yes, so guests can read the number from any direction.
